IonQ, through its ID Quantique subsidiary, completed the Romanian National Quantum Communication Infrastructure: more than 1,500 km of fibre with 36 quantum-secured links across Bucharest, Iasi, Timisoara, Craiova, Cluj-Napoca and Constanta. It is described as one of the largest operational QKD networks outside China.
