Cloudflare deploys hybrid ML-KEM post-quantum IPsec

Cloudflare implemented hybrid ML-KEM key exchange for IPsec, replacing what it called ciphersuite bloat with a standardised approach. The change lets organisations protect private-network traffic against harvest-now-decrypt-later collection without hardware upgrades, ahead of NIST’s 2030 deprecation timeline.
